简历:
刘俊新,研究员,博士生导师,兼任住房与城乡建设部农村污水处理技术北方研究中心主任、中国土木工程学会水工业分会工业给水排水委员会副主任委员、《环境工程学报》主编等学术职务。主要从事水污染控制过程中污染物迁移转化机制与关键调控技术研究及应用,包括污水处理新技术、污水处理厂空气污染物净化新技术、污泥减量化与资源化技术等方面。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家“水专项”、国家科技支撑计划、重点研发计划、中国科学院重要方向项目等多项课题。在国内外学术刊物发表论文300余篇;主编出版《村庄整治技术手册--排水设施与污水处理》,编辑出版《村庄污水处理案例集》,主持编制我国东北、华北、西北、东南、中南、西南地区《农村生活污水处理技术指南》(共六册,由住建部发布实施),编写行业标准《村庄污水处理设施技术规程》(CJJ/T163-2011)、《户用生活污水处理装置》(CJ/T 441-2013),主持编制《农村生活污水处理工程技术标准》(GB/T51347-2019)等。获授权发明专利55项,计算机软件著作登记1件。获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步奖5项。获中国科学院“优秀研究生指导教师”奖和“朱李月华优秀教师”奖。
